Helen Johnson, age 92 of Baraboo, Wisconsin passed away peacefully Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at her residence with her family by her side.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at the First Church of the Nazarene in Baraboo with Pastor Jonathon Tipton officiating. Burial will be at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Baraboo. Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 3 p.m.

Helen was born September 26, 1924 in Canton, Illinois the daughter of Ira and Imo (Walton) Ludlum and grew up there. In 1941 she married Robert Johnson in St. Charles, Missouri.

Helen is survived by sons, John (Christina) and Steve both of Canton, Illinois and Tim (Debbie) of Platsburg, New York; daughters, Judy (Patrick) McBride of Racine, Wisconsin and Lisa (Stanley) Row of Baraboo; brothers, Eugene (Bernice) Ludlum, Larry (Connie) Ludlum and Allan (Cynthia) Ludlum all of Canton; sisters, Shirley (Roger) Brush of Casa Grande, Arizona and Zelma Nihiser of Mesa, Arizona; 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Gary; grandson, Kenneth McBride and a brother, Dean Ludlum.
