Gregory F. Imhoff, age 61, of N. Fort Myers, Florida was tragically taken on Tuesday, August 7, 2012.  Greg was born in Highland, Wisconsin on February 22, 1951 and lived many years in both Madison and Rothschild, WI.  He worked as a construction superintendent for most of his life and retired to Florida to escape the cold winters and to enjoy golf year-round.  Greg maintained many friendships back in Wisconsin and was quick to make new ones in Florida.  He was always available to help neighbors with household projects, from light bulbs to lanais.  While in Florida, he never stopped cheering on the Badgers and Brewers.

He was preceded in death by his parents George Imhoff on August 6, 2011 and Florence Imhoff on October 7, 2010; and brother, Edwin Imhoff on April 15, 1962.

Greg is survived by the love of his life, Shari Telvick; a daughter, Stephanie Imhoff of Madison, WI; a son, Jeffrey Imhoff (Gretchen Cutler) of St. Louis Park, MN; his first granddaughter due in October; former wife, JoAnn Imhoff of Sun Prairie, WI; two brothers, Alfred (Sue) Imhoff of St. Paul, MN and Loren Imhoff (Joan Pregler) of Cross Plains, WI; a sister, Karen (Don) Whitaker of Livingston, WI; his constant companion, Sophie the oversized lap dog; many nieces and nephews and an abundance of friends in both Florida and Wisconsin.

Private memorial services will be held in both N. Fort Myers, FL and Madison, WI, focusing on the things Greg enjoyed in life: friends, football and tailgate parties.
