Edward McDonald, age 80 of Lyndon Station, Wisconsin passed away Monday, September 12, 2016 at the Reedsburg Area Medical Center, Reedsburg, Wisconsin.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 16, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Conway-Picha Funeral Home in Lyndon Station with Pastor Steve Thomas officiating. Visitation will be held at Conway Picha Funeral Home on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Burial will be at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.

Edward was born July 30, 1936 in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, the son of Raymond and Blanche (Peart) McDonald. He served in the U.S. Army from 1958 – 1960. He married Evelyn Rogge in Markham, Illinois on November 12, 1983. Ed was a self-described workaholic. He would say if he wasn’t working, it was a waste of time. He was seen for many years driving his little blue pickup truck all over around the Lyndon area helping people with construction help, fixing and repairing things.

Edward is survived by his wife, Evelyn; and sister, Maxine Hustad of Mauston, Wisconsin. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Billy, Jack, Harold and Dick; and sisters, Dorothy and Doris.
