FALL RIVER/PORTAGE—Donna J. Grossman age 77, died on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 in Portage. She was born on November 19, 1935 to August and Laura (Poster) Sauer in Buckman, MN. She was married to Norman Grossman on February 4, 1956 in Columbus. Donna was a hard worker as both a former bartender the many years seasonally at several area canning companies. When she wasn’t working, Donna loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed Bingo and was a Packer fan. Donna was forever on a mission shopping for shoes.

Survivors include her five children, Daryl (Debbie), Keith ((Bev), Kim (Dan) Carr, Brian (Angie) Korf, Barb (Rick) Stoll, all of Fall River; 15 grandchildren, Jeramy (Nikki), Cody, Matthew, Nicole (Eric), Skyler, Saege, Dylan, Jaiss, Dana, Ami, Ashley, Brice, Deanna, Stacy (Jim), Lori (Nate); 14 great grandchildren, Trey, Taylor, Bryella, Arianna, Jacob,Caleb, Isaiah, Eli, Natalie, Kaiden, Hadlie, Edenn, Dresdan, Landon; four sisters; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; Husband, Norm in 1991; two brothers, Roderick and Bud; two sisters, Agnes Dorreen.

As was her wish, there will be no service.

Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Monday, March 4, 2013 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed for Parkinson’s Disease research or to the family.
