Madison: Carolyn Sue Ward, age 63, died Thursday, October 11, 2012 at Agrace Hospice following a brief illness.
A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at Ryan Funeral Home, 2418 N. Sherman Avenue, with Reverend Jerry Amstutz officiating.
