ALBANY- LeRoy K. Warner, age 80, passed in his sleep on Monday, July 29, 2013, at the Agrace Hospice Center.

He was born on May 27, 1933, the son of Harold and Margaret (Aasen) Warner.

LeRoy worked at the Top Hat in Middleton for many years, as well as driving trucks for the Sanitation Department in Middleton, and later farmed in Brooklyn until his retirement and move to Albany.

He is survived by his niece, Diane Warner; and her children, Ken, Nichole, and James (Ashley) Warner; his brothers, Dennis Warner of Madison, Donald Warner of Hollandale, and David (Kathy) Warner of Cross Plains; two sisters, Janice Tapp of Illinois, and Joan Warner of Madison; seven nieces and nephews; 14 great-nieces and nephews; two great-great-nephews; and a great-great-niece soon to be born.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Harold.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 2, 2013, at 1 p.m. at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, VERONA CHAPEL, 220 Enterprise Drive. A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home Friday. LeRoy will be buried at Verona Cemetery.
