Helen Louise (Pliner) Spencer, age 83 died on Monday, March 18, 2013 at Golden Living Center, Muscoda. She was born October 18, 1929 on the family farm near Woodstock, the daughter of Joseph and Geneva (Barnhart) Pliner. Geneva loved riding horses , fishing, caring for her dogs and cats, watching soap operas and having fun with friends.

Helen is survived by three children: Geneva Louise Spencer, Larry Edward Spencer, Leonard (Carol) Spencer, three grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, one sister: Margery (Bob) Hyde, three brothers: Robert Pliner, Wilmer (Sharon) Pliner, Darel (Marvelene) Pliner.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband Archie Ewing Spencer; her brother Burnard Pliner; grandson Archie Spencer; and her parents.

Helen will be forever missed and loved by her family and pets.

A visitation will be held on Monday, March 25, 2013 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the PRATT MEMORIAL CHAPEL in Richland Center. Committal services will follow at the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Willow Township. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the Spencer family.
