KENOSHA,Wis. -

A Wisconsin lawyer has pleaded guilty to his fifth drunken driving offense.

Charles Labanowsky, 62, of Kenosha also pleaded guilty to three counts of bail jumping Thursday.

Labanowsky was arrested on drunken driving charges in April 2012, when he was found unresponsive behind the wheel after his car jumped a curb.

Court records say his blood-alcohol concentration was 0.39 percent, nearly five times the legal limit of 0.08 percent.

Lebanowsky posted $5,000 cash for his release from jail on that charge. While out on bond, he was charged with 10 counts of bail jumping.

After he pleaded guilty to four charges, the remaining counts were dismissed. Lebanowsky's defense attorney said his client will voluntarily give up his law license.

The Kenosha News reports sentencing is set for Aug. 8.
