MADISON, Wis. -

A Poynette man was charged Wednesday with receiving, distributing and possessing child pornography, according to a state Department of Justice release.

Robert Tlusty, 28, was charged with three counts of receiving child porn, one count of distributing child porn and one count of possessing child porn, according to the release.

The indictment alleges that Tlusty received computer images and video files of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct on Feb. 23, 26 and 27. It also alleges that he distributed computer images and video files of the same type of content on Feb. 27, and that on May 20 he possessed a laptop and thumb drive containing child porn.

If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in federal prison on each count, according to the release.
