The two leading candidates for president weren't the only people debating issues Tuesday night.
State Rep. Marc Pocan and businessman Chad Lee talked about many issues at a debate in DeForest Tuesday. Both are running for U.S. Rep. Tammy Baldwin's seat in Congress.
Their discussion covered small business, health care and creating jobs for Wisconsin.
"The economy is on a rebound, but it's a very slow rebound," said Pocan. "There's a lot more we need to do. We need to help small businesses that are trying to get access to capital so they can grow their businesses."
"We just passed the trillion dollar debt mark as a national government," said Lee. "A lot of folks around the 2nd district are looking for jobs and we're gonna see if we can find a better way to bring more jobs back to Wisconsin."
Pocan said what sets him apart from Lee is his experience, while Lee says he can bring a bipartisan approach to Congress.
Baldwin is running for Herb Kohl's U.S. Senate seat against former Gov. Tommy Thompson.
