MADISON, Wis. -

A Madison man is suspected of five burglaries of three different west side oil change businesses throughout the month of October, according to Madison police.

Jacob K. Capps, 20, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, several counts of criminal damage to property and bail jumping.

Burglaries were reported at Super Lube at 5632 Odana Rd. Oct. 8, 13, and 25. A burglary at Jiffy Lube at 15 Junction Ct. was reported on Oct 13. A burglary at Instant Oil Change at 732 S. Gammon Rd. was reported on Oct. 19.
