MADISON, Wis. -

Madison police are looking for two men who worked together to rob a gas station on Verona Road Saturday night.

The gas station clerk at the Verona Road Mobil at 4601 Verona Road told police one of the men entered the store and distracted the clerk with conversation while another man took five cartons of cigarettes and a bag of cash from behind the counter.

The man who was distracting the clerk threw candy as the two ran away.

The men were seen getting into a maroon-colored Pontiac. One of the men is described as white, in his early 20s, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds with a full beard. He was wearing a dark jacket and blue hat.
