MADISON, Wis. -

A Madison man was robbed at gunpoint in his residence on Fahrenbrook Court on Monday afternoon, officials said.

The 20-year-old told police he was in his apartment when five men walked in through an unlocked door around 4:45 p.m., according to a release. He said one had a handgun and demanded money.

Officials said the robbers left after the man gave them some cash.

Investigators believe this was a targeted robbery.

Two of the robbers are described as black men in their late teens to early 20s. One is described as 6 feet 5 inches tall weighing 250 pounds, and was wearing a dark puffy jacket. The other robber is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall with an average build.
