A traffic stop in the town of Blooming Grove early Thursday morning has led to a man being charged with his fifth offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle while Intoxicated, according to the Dane County Sheriff's Department.
The incident happened around 2:15 a.m. Thursday in the town of Blooming Grove.
According to the sheriff's department, Bryan Johnson, 35, of McFarland, was arrested after he was pulled over for not having his headlights on.
A concerned citizen saw the car without its lights on and alerted the sheriff's department.
Johnson was taken to the Dane County Jail on the felony charge.
