Man to be extradited from Wis. for Tioga killing
A man accused of fatally stabbing his friend at an oil field crew camp in Tioga has waived extradition from Wisconsin.
Ryan Anderson, of Iron River, Mich., is charged with murder for the March slaying of Christopher King.
Anderson was out on bond when he was arrested Dec. 18 in Wisconsin on a drunken driving charge.
The Williston Herald reports (http://bit.ly/1ddwg9M ) a judge revoked his bond because he was to avoid alcohol and not leave the state.
Anderson will be returned to North Dakota and is scheduled to stand trial starting Feb. 10 on the murder charge.
