The man tackled and arrested by Capitol police during a noontime singalong was in court Thursday.
Damon Terrell, 22, was released on a signature bond after being arrested Monday.
District Attorney Ismael Ozanne said he is not ready to file charges against Terrell but did request that as part of his bond, he cannot be at the Capitol or on the grounds.
Terrell is due back in court Sept. 12 for a decision on tentative charges.
It was a much quieter scene Thursday in the Rotunda.
The Solidarity Singers were outside and a handful Gov. Scott Walker supporters were inside. The pro-Walker group had a permit for the gathering.
