Man sent to hospital after alcohol-involved crash, officials say
Police: Driver was wearing seatbelt, alcohol was likely involved
A Camp Douglas man was transported to the hospital after a single-vehicle crash and rollover with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officials responded to a report of a crash on Interstate 94 eastbound at mile marker 142 in Monroe County near Tomah at 7:42 Sunday morning, according to the release.
Austin Q. Schroeder, 18, was traveling eastbound and lost control of his vehicle, and the vehicle rolled several times down an embankment, according to the release.
Officials said Schroeder was wearing his seat belt and they believe alcohol was involved.
