MADISON, Wis. -

A sex offender was convicted of multiple counts of repeated acts of sexual assault involving three children in Juneau County Thursday.

The Wisconsin Department of Justice said Neil Becerra, 43, of Necedah, pleaded no contest to sexually assaulting a child from ages four to 10 on at least three occasions from 1998-2004; sexually assaulting a 13-year-old on at least three occasions from 2012 to 2013; and sexually assaulting a third child from ages seven to nine on at least three occasions from 2011 to 2013.

Becerra could be sentenced to as much as 140 years in prison.

Becerra was convicted in 2002 of second-degree sexual assault of a child.

A judge ordered a pre-sentence investigation. A sentencing date is not yet set.
