MADISON, Wis. -

The friend of a man escorted out of a State Street bar pulled a gun on two bar employees, according to a release from Madison police.

Police said the two employees of the Tiki Shack at 126 State St. brought the man to the sidewalk after a disturbance early Sunday morning. A friend of the man pulled a gun and pointed it at the employees while grabbing his friend before leaving with a group.

The employees told police they last saw the group near a parking ramp on West Dayton Street.

The man with the gun is described as white, 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build, dirty blond hair and scruffy blond beard. He was wearing a black North Face jacket.

Witnesses said there were 15 to 20 people in the area when the gun was brandished.
