A 10-year-old girl seized the unique opportunity of of being in the same room with Michelle Obama to pass along her unemployed father's resume to the first lady.

Charlotte Bell was a guest at the White House's annual "Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day." During a question-and-answer session, Charlotte was called on, walked up to Obama and handed her the resume, The Associated Press reported.

"My dad's been out of a job for three years and I wanted to give you his resume," Charlotte said.

Obama gave Charlotte a hug and then addressed the crowd by saying, "It's a little private, but she's doing something for her dad." She then held up the resume in her hand and shook it saying, "Got it."
