An Edgerton business owner was indicted by a federal grand jury Wednesday on accusations of withholding his employees’ pay for taxes but not paying the IRS.

The indictment said Jeffery Grams, 43, failed to file tax forms and make payments to the IRS on eight occasions between April 2008 and January 2010 for his business, Rock River Concrete.

Prosecutors say Grams also failed to file forms and make IRS payments as managing partner of Branton Property Group of Edgterton on three occasions between April and October 2008.
