Victim said man crawled into bathroom stall

MADISON, Wis. - A Madison teen was arrested Tuesday as part of an investigation into the robbery of a woman in a bathroom stall at West Towne Mall, according to police.

Madison police said Maurice Neal, 17, was arrested on suspicion of attempted armed robbery.

A 40-year-old Mount Horeb woman told police she was in a bathroom at West Towne Mall on May 8 when a man entered an adjoining stall. She said he crawled under the divider, pressed a handgun to her head and demanded money. The man told her to turn around and he left the stall.
