A Colorado woman is busted after police say she offered $45 topless haircuts and solicited sex from customers.

Suzette Hall, 46, also known as Suzette Dawe, was arrested at her Loveland home last week on charges of practicing cosmetology without a license, the Longmont Times-Call reported.

Hall had opened the Rebel Beauty salon in nearby Johnstown with an unidentified partner.

But the woman told police she ordered Hall to leave after she started her topless stylings.

Hall's partner also said she found used condoms in the salon trash cans and told police Hall had admitted to receiving money for sex at the salon and during "house calls," police said.

According to police, Hall had been offering her services online from her Loveland home.

She remained in custody on a $25,000 bond.
