Police said a Clinton man was suspected of a fifth-offense drunken driving offense early Sunday.
The Janesville Police Department said an officer arrested 30-year-old Jeremiah T. Smith at about 1:32 a.m. near the intersection of North High Street and Race Street in Janesville.
Police said Smith had a blood alcohol content of 0.10.
Smith was taken to the Rock County Jail on suspicion of fifth-offense operating while intoxicated and on a probation hold.
Police said Smith's license was revoked at the time of the arrest.
