BROOKFIELD, Wis. -

The Waukesha County medical examiner has confirmed the three women killed at a suburban spa died of gunshot wounds.

Autopsies show 42-year-old Zina Haughton died from multiple gunshot wounds.  Maelyn Lind, 38, died from gunshot wounds to the head and chest and Cary Robuck, 35, was killed by a gunshot wound to her neck.

The gunman, Radcliffe Haughton, 45, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head at the Azana Salon & Spa in Brookfield Sunday.

Officials have ruled the manner of death for all three women is homicide.
