MADISON, Wis. -

A 47-year-old Madison man who was injured in a motorcycle crash was found Friday evening, according to a news release from Madison police.

Police said a truck driver was turning his semi around in a cul-de-sac in the 3800 block of Anderson Road when he spotted the taillight of a crashed motorcycle against a barbed-wire fence. He found the motorcyclist lying next to a guardrail.

Police said skid marks indicate that the motorcyclist tried to stop before he crashed.

The man was flown to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
