Trial dates have been set for three men connected to a June homicide in Fitchburg.
Samuel Harris of Dubuque, Iowa, died at the Fairways Apartments complex on Leopold Way June 26 after a botched drug deal.
Two of the three suspects, 22-year-old Daniel Owens and 32-year-old Roberto Poindexter, will be tried next September.
Court documents said Owens is accusing another defendant, Bobby Hogans, 22, of shooting Harris.
Jury selection for Hogans’ trial will begin next October.
Harris suffered a fatal wound after being shot in the torso, according to the Dane County Medical Examiner's report.
