Friday night marked the third annual Rock for Respite, a fundraiser for Gio’s Garden.

Gio’s Garden is a facility for children and their families with special needs, giving them a chance for a break.

The fundraiser took place at the Brink Lounge and included two bands, and live and silent auctions.

Last year the organization raised more than $40,000. Organizers said they hope to raise even more this year.

Gio’s Garden, founded by WISC-TV’s Charlotte Deleste, opened last week.
