Rock County sheriff's deputies said a missing man they were searching for has been located and is in good health.

Sheriff's officials said Woodie Garrett, 58, left the Rock County Health Care Center on Saturday afternoon.

The Sheriff's Office said it needed to find Garrett to check on his welfare.

Garrett was found in good health at about 8:30 a.m. Sunday, according to the Rock County Sheriff's Office.
