April 26, 2012 - Nader files an appeal in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit in the June 2010 case against the Federal Election Commission which he lost in November 2011. He states that the FEC allowed the Democratic Party to ignore federal campaign laws in having his name removed from ballots in the 2004 presidential election.
September 20, 2012 - Maine Superior Court Justice Kevin M. Cuddy rules that the 2009 lawsuit against the Democratic National Committee and others will go to trial.
October 11, 2012 - The Democratic Party asks the Maine Supreme Court to stay the trial against it, the Maine Democratic Party, the Kerry-Edwards campaign, and others.
April 2012 - Informally endorses former Salt Lake City Mayor Rocky Anderson for president during a press conference.
January 14, 2013 - Oral arguments are held in Nader's lawsuit against the Federal Election Commission over the FEC s refusal to even ask the Democratic Party to respond to his complaint in the U.S. Court of Appeals, D.C. Circuit. Case is ongoing.
