MADISON, Wis. -

The driver of a vehicle a deputy witnessed leaving its lane on the Beltline Highway was arrested on suspicion of fifth offense operating while intoxicated Tuesday, according to the Dane County Sheriff’s Office.

The deputy stopped the eastbound vehicle on the Beltline Highway at 3:10 a.m. after seeing it deviate from its lane, the sheriff's office said.

Marilyn Y. Ball, 51, failed field sobriety tests and was arrested on suspicion of fifth-offense OWI, speeding and deviating from a designated lane, according to deputies.
