MADISON, Wis. -

An East Side convenience store was robbed early Saturday morning, and police are looking for two men in connection with the incident.

The incident happened at the Open Pantry in the 1400 block of Pflaum Road just before 3 a.m. Saturday morning.

According to police, two men with cloths covering their faces entered the store with weapons drawn and told the clerk to open the cash register.

One man jumped over the counter and grabbed cash and cigarettes before running out of the store, according to police.

Police used a K-9 unit to track the men, but were unsuccessful in finding them. Anyone with information about this incident should call Madison Crime Stoppers at 608-266-6014.
