An Adams County man was injured by a stray bullet Saturday when a neighbor was target shooting, according to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were called to the 2900 block of 11th Drive in Easton Township at 11:41 a.m. for a report of a man being hit by a stray bullet.
Investigators said the victim was outside working on his property when he was struck.
Charges against the shooter are pending, according to the sheriff's office.
The victim was transported to Moundview Memorial Hospital and later sent to a Madison hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to deputies.
He was last listed in critical condition.
