MADISON, Wis. -

A Madison man is accused of exposing himself Sunday afternoon to two teenagers on the Southwest Commuter Path near North Randall Avenue.

The female victims, ages 17 and 18, told Madison police that they were walking on the path when a man near some bushes said, “I hear you giggling. Now you don’t want to come over here?”

The teens said they could see that he had his pants down, and they immediately called police. Officers said they found in the man still in the area.

One of the teens told police she was “really freaked out.”

Paul J. Gmeinder, 54, was arrested on suspicion of lewd and lascivious behavior.
