An apparent drunken driver ruined part of this weekend's AirFEST in Rock County.

Event staff spotted a motorcyclist who had driven into a restricted area of the Rock County Airport.

Sheriff deputies confronted the driver, who was identified Anthony Werner, who admitted to driving his motorcycle after drinking.

Tests revealed Werner had a 0.21 blood-alcohol level.

Werner is facing an OWI charge, which, if convicted, would be his fifth, authorities said.

He’s scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
