Two Wisconsin men have been charged in connection with an alleged dog attack in which one of the men's teenage sons suffered multiple dog bites.
Fifty-eight-year-old Richard R. Lisko and 43-year-old Joel E. Kennedy are scheduled to make initial court appearances Thursday.
Kennedy's 18-year-old son told investigators that Lisko accused him of stealing gold coins last week. When the teen denied stealing anything, he said Lisko and his father tied him at the ankles and suspended him upside-down, and that Lisko ordered his dog to attack the teen.
Lisko also faces assault charges in an unrelated case. His defense attorney in that case, Dan Stevens, said there was a history between the dog and the 18-year-old.
Online court records didn't list an attorney for Kennedy, of New Berlin.
