A commercial building has collapsed after a five-alarm fire near downtown Milwaukee.
About 150 firefighters battled the blaze Wednesday.
Milwaukee Fire Department Battalion Chief Sean Slowey told WTMJ-TV one firefighter was injured.
The fire broke out just before 8 a.m. The vacant building collapsed around 11:30 a.m.
No one was hurt when the building collapsed.
The fire was across the street from the Coggs Human Services Center. The Coggs center closed for the day and will remain closed through the weekend while crews work to clean up smoke and soot.
