MADISON, Wis. -

Wisconsin point guard Bronson Koenig plans to leave Madison on Friday afternoon to join the Dakota Pipeline protest, according to Yahoo Sports.

Koenig, along with older brother Miles and trainer Clint Parks, plan to camp at one of several protest camps 30 to 45 minutes south of Bismarck, North Dakota.

Koenig and Parks told Yahoo Sports they’re also hoping to organize a free basketball clinic for Native American kids on Saturday.
