Woman Robbed At Gunpoint

A Madison woman was robbed at gunpoint early Sunday morning as she walked along South Randall.

The 22-year-old woman was in the 300 block of South Randall around 2:30 a.m. when a young man jumped out of a car with a handgun.

The man grabbed her purse and took off in the car.

The man is described as being in his early 20s, approximately 5 feet, 6 inches tall with a thin build and very short hair.

The woman was not injured.
