Carley Charged With 27 Criminal Counts

MADISON, Wis. -- A man accused of flashing or groping 10 different Madison area women was arrested in Richland Center.Brian Carley was arrested and charged in Richland County court Friday with one count of causing a child to view sexual activity. He was also charged with one count of lewd and lascivious behavior and one count of disorderly conduct.WISC-TV first reported the allegation in Richland Center on Saturday. A 15-year-old girl claimed Carley exposed himself to her on July 14.Carley is formally charged on 27 counts involving 10 different Madison women. Those charges include fourth-degree sexual assault.He was released on a $10,000 cash bail.
