A motorcycle crash in Rock County killed a Janesville woman and injured her teenage daughter.

The crash happened just before 6 p.m. on Thursday near Tarrant Road in the Town of LaPrairie.

Authorities said that Kristina Jackson, 32, was trying to yield to a vehicle turning into a farm driveway when she apparently lost control of her motorcycle.

Jackson was not wearing a helmet at the time, WISC-TV reported.

Jackson's 13-year-old daughter was wearing a helmet and suffered moderate scrapes, cuts and bruising.
