Accused Serial Flasher Out On Bail

Carley Required To Stay With Parents In Richland Center

Accused serial flasher Brian Carley is out on bail Thursday.

He was formally charged Thursday with 27 counts ranging from fourth-degree sexual assault to bail jumping.

Carley is accused of exposing himself to at least 10 Madison-area women. In some cases, he is accused of touching them inappropriately as well.

As a condition of his bail, Carley is required to stay at his parents' Richland Center home or be with a parent if he leaves home.
