Carley Required To Stay With Parents In Richland Center

MADISON, Wis. -- Accused serial flasher Brian Carley is out on bail Thursday.He was formally charged Thursday with 27 counts ranging from fourth-degree sexual assault to bail jumping.Carley is accused of exposing himself to at least 10 Madison-area women. In some cases, he is accused of touching them inappropriately as well.As a condition of his bail, Carley is required to stay at his parents' Richland Center home or be with a parent if he leaves home.
