Alleged Hit-And-Run Driver, Victim Were At Same Party
Property Owner Says He Warned Brock Not To Drive

MADISON, Wis. -- The alleged driver and the victim of a deadly hit-and-run were at the same wedding party the night of the incident.Justen Brock, 30, of Mount Horeb is in custody on tentative charges of hit-and-run resulting in a death.The Dane County Sheriff's Department said Brock allegedly hit Gregory McCullick, 20, early Sunday morning on Dairy Ridge Road in the town of Springdale, and left his Chevy Blazer in a wooded area in the town of Black Earth.According to a search warrant obtained by WISC-TV, the man hosting Saturday night's party saw Brock's black Chevy Blazer there.He also told investigators that at about 10:30 that night, he had contact with Brock and expressed concern about his level of intoxication.The property owner said he warned Brock not to drive home and instead use the bus he'd chartered to give rides to people who had too much to drink.The property owner told investigators he lost sight of Brock at about midnight Saturday.
