Man Accused Of Repeatedly Robbing Gas Station Arrested

MADISON, Wis. -- The third time apparently wasn't the charm for a Rock County man accused of repeatedly robbing a Newville gas station.Jesse Elsner, 25, was arrested Wednesday night after authorities said he robbed Carl's Shell station.Investigators said he showed a knife and demanded money. They believe Elsner also robbed Carl's twice in July.
