The man accused of flashing and groping women in Madison was charged with 27 criminal counts on Wednesday.

Investigators said Brian Carley, 30, confessed to the crime spree. He faces more than 60 years behind bars if he's convicted on all counts.

Police said the Richland Center man would drive his mother's red pickup truck to Madison three times a week. When in the city, he was quoted in court documents as saying, "I find myself acting out like that."

The complaint said Carley would stalk and follow women, including shoppers and joggers.
