Labatte Accused Of Killing Elderly Sisters

University of Wisconsin-Madison's Innocence Project is celebrating another success Tuesday night.

On Tuesday, a judge approved the state's request to dismiss charges against Beth Labatte.

She was accused of killing two elderly sisters in Kewaunee County.

The Innocence Project said that it believes dropping the charges was the "right and just result."
