The man suspected of being the serial flasher put up a fight with Madison police while being taken into custody, police said.

Police say Brian Carley, 30, of Richland Center, put up a struggle after being released from the V.A. Hospital, reported WISC-TV.

The case detective said Carley has indicated he was out of control and couldn't stop his crime spree.

Carley is suspected of flashing or groping women from East Towne to downtown to West Towne.

So far seven victims have been identified, but more are coming forward.

Carley is expected in court soon.
