MADISON, Wis. -- Nazis are planning to rally at the state Capitol next month.

The commander of the Minnesota-based National Socialist Movement said the group will rally against illegal immigration and the nation's open-borders policy, according to a report in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

State officials said a demonstration permit was granted, and they expect counterprotests.
