FITCHBURG, Wis. -

A 92-year-old man was killed after he fell from a third-story balcony in Fitchburg early Tuesday morning.

Police responded to a call in the 5400 block of Caddis Bend Drive after receiving a report of the man having fallen from the balcony at his residence.

Police said that the man's death is being investigated along with the Dane County Medical Examiner's Office.

Police said their investigation of the death revealed no indication of foul play or suspicious circumstances.

The victim's name is being withheld pending notification of relatives.
