MADISON, Wis. -- A new statewide initiative is making it easier for the public to find reliable information for those hard-to-answer questions.The "Ask Why" program by Wisconsin libraries provides a librarian online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.Wisconsin Supreme Court Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson was on hand Monday to demonstrate how easy the system is to use.
